1. What exactly happens at a Wonder experience?

Each theme brings together live music performed up close, film screening, a hands-on craft, dessert, and a drink — all designed as one shared story.

2. Do I need any art experience?

Not at all! Our crafts are beginner-friendly and designed for all skill levels, with gentle guidance provided throughout the experience.

3. What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes live music, cinematic visuals, a hands-on craft, and wine. Select themes also include dessert—please check the individual event description for details.

4. Can I come alone?

Absolutely! Many guests attend solo, and Wonder is a lovely way to meet new people. A limited number of solo tickets are available for each experience, so please check the event page for availability.

5. Are food and drinks included?

Yes! Food and drinks purchased from Château de Chantilly Café are welcome inside the event space. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

6. What happens if I arrive late?

We have a strict late-arrival policy to avoid disrupting the live performance. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your seat may be released to someone on the waitlist. Late guests may only be seated during a designated pause in the performance.

7. Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another guest. Please contact us if you have a specific situation.

8. Can children or toddlers attend?

Unless otherwise stated in the event description, Wonder experiences are for guests ages 18 and older. Toddlers and infants cannot attend, as we do not provide high chairs or allow children to sit on a guest’s lap during the experience.
The first portion of select Wonder experiences—including Interstellar, Studio Ghibli, La La Land, and Harry Potter—is chatter-free so everyone can be fully present and enjoy the live music. We’ll let you know when the social portion begins.
